Roll like a pro at our sushi session hosted by Chef Mo Cubbon (and her ninja sidekick Janice) from Zest! You’ll learn about the history of sushi, the delicious ingredients used, knife cutting skills, and of course how to roll your very own!
In between your sushi skill session, the ladies of 3GK will teach you a japanese paper technique of glazing a sushi tray. We’ll need to fire the tray (that will be ready to pick up in a week) - but, after this class, you will be a sushi serving diva ready to host your own sushi sesh
Dylan from Tortuga will also pop in to lead us in the knowledge of sake - complete with a complimentary taste to discover the high notes and low hints tasting a sake sample.
These classes last around two hours and are perfect whether you’re a Maki Master or Nigiri newbie. You’ll be in a group with other class-goers so you’ll get to enjoy the experience together and you’ll have the option to tuck into your creations at the end, or pack them up to enjoy later!
